MOVE Congress 2023
| PZPM was a content partner of MOVE 2023. The fifth edition of the MOVE - International Mobility Congress was attended not only by representatives of the e-mobility sector and the broadly understood automotive industry, but also by experts related to the energy and fuel industries. The leading theme of the congress was the transformation of the automotive industry into zero-emission drives and zero-emission production.
Experts pointed out that changes in the sector are related to energy challenges. One of the most frequently discussed topics was maintaining competitiveness in automotive production in Poland. Representatives of PZPM, participating in two debates, emphasized that Poland is one of the most important places for vehicle production, therefore the production of the sector should be shifted so that zero-emission vehicles and their parts and components are produced by zero-emission factories and plants. Representatives of central and local government authorities present at the congress, including Ireneusz Zyska, the government plenipotentiary for renewable energy sources, said that the Polish authorities have already prepared certain solutions that will stimulate investments in renewable energy sources, as well as a new, updated Energy Policy of Poland until 2040 He declared that the government's intention is for the capacity installed in renewable sources to exceed 50 GW in 2030. |
